Am I doing something wrong????
 

I have been a member for quite some time now and having a computer die and now with a replacement.... I am having issues with this site. I will often give a "thanks" on a post for the individuals effort or even make a comment from time to time. However, now I keep getting a window that says..."r2d2, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:......." and list a bunch of solutions that do not apply. Anyone know what the problem here might be.....and a remedy????

have you recently changed your email address, and not confirmed it yet?

just a thought, as when I was admin on a forum using vBulletin, it used to happen when users changed their email address, but hadn't confirmed it via the link that is usually sent. I'm not sure if this forum uses the same function, but could be an answer to your problems.

It sounds like a browser issue. Make sure you have cookies and javascript enabled for this site.
For troubleshooting purposes, you might try logging in with a different browser.

this is a new, computer...and yes....it may be an email address thing, or at least it is an idea. I sent a note to the admin folksies to change my email address and send new access codes. No response yet.....but then again it has only been a few days, maybe next week I will hear something. In the mean time.... no "thanks" can be posted from me....sorry guys, you guys really put in some effort and I appreciate it anyway.
