The file is actually mp4, so you'll have to remove the .mov extension - it should play in Quicktime.

Sorry mopup323, but uploading videos with the wrong extension is just a bad idea here. If you really need to post an unsupported file type you will need to place the file in a .ZIP file and upload the .ZIP.
