Saving Instagram Direct photos?
 

A female friend of mine sent me a few vacation pictures, some including her tanlines from getting burned in the sun, is there any way you know for me to save the pictures via my phone or computer so I can share them with you guys?

You can hit prtsc button on your pc & copy the photo to a jpg viewer

I don't think you're understanding my question, saving regular photos I know how to do (google iconosquare instead of print screening btw), but I'm asking about the newer feature where you send pictures to just one (or a few) selected people, I can't seem to find an answer to how to do
