I say play the PTC's own game. I sent the following letter to all of the e-mail addresses they suggest you complain to. I suggest everyone send a similar letter on your own. Maybe the PTC is right and our letters do matter. BTW, I CC'd the PTC on my mail so they would get my thanks. :p
