What happened to the drop down where you could view subscribed threads?

It appears to be on the top of the menu bar where it has always been...
Right next to the "log out" button. At least it is on my screen.
However, I'm on an iPad today but it should be on all systems..

I may not have made myself clear - I have the quicklinks button, but when I click on it I don't get the drop down list; rather I get a different tool bar.
