ENF - Pantyless Waitress
 

I might've randomly found one of my favorite videos ever. It's staged ENF, for sure, but it's just too good to not post.

The premise is a Japanese waitress is working at some kind of restaurant. She's been reprimanded for not wearing company issued underwear under her (way too short) uniform dress and she can't find any spares. So she goes commando. Just as of course, a customer loses a balloon and she's asked to retrieve it on a stepladder while (unsuccessfully) trying to protect her modesty.

This is part of a longer movie, that pretty much has 3 different women going through the same pantiless day. I'll look through my old stuff and see if I can scare up a name or title.
