What is the story here? Was it man made wind or just one of those great places that it happens?

From what I understand, this was from some German TV show called "Vestehen sie Spass" which means "Do you understand fun"?? Apparently there were funhouse type air jet hidden in the sidewalk and some lucky guy off camera turning it on.

The 15 minute edit clock expired on me so to finish answering your question, that's all from the sidewalk series. There was an older clip at the end of the original video. I don't remember seeing it here, so check it out.

That's very generous of you. But, do you know you've got some personal files there, like a resume which I presume is yours? There's an address in Pensacola, Florida 32526 etc. You just never know dude........
