This is from camfrog...The only crappy thing is the windows are small unless you pay the fee for joining the site...I have more vids from there if you guy want me to post them..Sorry the quality is not better, but i figure some people might still enjoy them so i post anyway.. I feel the need to contribute since this is such an awesome site...

I used a program called bluent's. Its freeware..just type the name in a searchengine and you'll find it..Its easy to use.
