Forum Suggestion
 

Would anyone find a disscussion forum interesting?

Not for photos or videos but just to bring up a topic for discussion although any relevant photos or videos to the topic could be posted.

I thought a bit about that too alphaboo.

I was thinking a bit about an OCC chatroom. I dont know how Alex would feel or if its something that could be implemented with his current software.

As chat sites have an unfortunate tendency to attract 'trolls' I would suggest if its something that was considered it was only open to those with vid access, that way any troublemakers could be banned from these forums as a punishment.

Anyone else like the sound of Alphaboos and my idea?

This suggestion has come up a couple of times before. I know some people would really enjoy an "off-topic" forum to chat with other members. However, we're reluctant to add this for a few reasons. First off it would be yet another forum to moderate and the forums are so busy that I just don't want to add that to our moderators work load. Second, when some people think "off-topic" they think anything goes and may be tempted to start moral, political or religous arguments. We work hard to keep the forums friendly, "on-topic" and organized. I fear that an off-topic discussion forum would create too many headaches and cause more problems than it's worth.

My idea was just to have on topic discussions like do you like small breasts or big breasts, or Shaved, Trimmed or natural bushes? but not have the discussions clutter the other forums. I got the idea from particapating in the More Embarassed, Naked or BJ Thread and I thought it might be nice to have a home for threads like that.


But I understand Alex's objections and they make sense to me.

I can see your concerns, Alex. That woulda been cool though. a forum where people would actually talk, versus pictures. All to often, people just scroll to see the pictures and don't even see what the person said to begin with. Hell, I myself do the same thing.

Then again, this IS oneclickchicks... not oneclickletschataboutnothingimportantandnotseeanyp ictures. :)

I have to agree. I would hate to see some good, clean, fun relations get spoiled by "off topic" discussions. Good idea but also not so good.

Good points Alex, but i have to admit i would like another sub forum to have discussions with other members.

If it was for members only would that avoid some of the problems or am i missing the darn point.

i would enjoy having a discussion real time board
it would be nice when deciding what to post to be able to discuss it
it could be doneon a trial basis with the little report icon in the corner
if something was done wrong or a thread was inappropiate
i don't belong to any pay sites and the last porn movie i saw was about 25 years ago
so its hard to tell what is professional or not
i think most people would not like expulsion and or being barred from here for
improper conduct in discussions
with that as a penalty and the few numbers of times you have had to stop threads
for the amount of posts
also the number of people who do speak up when someone is out of line
would merit a try
maybe worth a shot when u get the upgrades done

I can totally understand that you are afraid of an off-topic section here in the OCC board and your arguments are fine with me. So my question rather points in a direction Wetmac was going with his posting. How would you feel about a chatroom in which the OCC people could meet themselves? Because I for sure would like to chat with some of the fellow posters here. It could even be separated from the forum or the sites if somebody would create a room on one of the mirc-servers for example. At least I hope someone knows how to do that. I only know how to join and chat with this program. :D Like I said I really understand your concerns but I also think that this could strengthen the community feeling which makes this place so great. See, I'm only looking for a possible solution here and would be curious what you think about this idea. Doesn't matter if the answer would be negative. In the end this is your baby here and I respect every decission you will make.
