I don't think so. She's skinny, to be sure, but doesn't look unhealthy to me. In fact, from the smile, I'd say she was doing fine. The garden needs a bit of trimming, but the rest looks race-fit. If you'd seen some of the truly anorexic girls on some sites, you'd know what I mean.
