Why can you only send 2 private messages every 12 hours "720 mins" ???

I will check for you. But I believe it is to stop new members from spamming other members through the pm system. Hope this helps.

can this be changed? I want to respond to messages?

Once you post enough here, the restriction will go away.

I've posted an album, threads, added to threads how much more do I need to do!!:confused:

your post count only shows as 12.
I am not sure how many it will take to lower the length you have to wait.

Old thread, I know, but I've only just encountered this problem and came across the thread when looking for answers. I don't think it was an issue before but maybe I just hadn't sent more than two PMs in twelve hours before. It's also possible it's something that kicked in (for some reason) because my status just changed from 'Member' to 'Senior Member' but in any case I have over a hundred posts now; surely if it's something to do with number of posts then I've gone past the number?

EDIT: I also don't seem to be able to leave Visitor Messages.

Members need to post at least 2MB of attachments before those restrictions are lifted.

I PMd a Mod today for help and am greatly appreciative! :)

But I am only able to send two PM's per day so I shall respond back to any Admin or Mod PMs I recently received as soon as I can!
