I'm not too sure if they're real or fake, though they do seem real to me or some reason.

She's always had a big chest but they got extra large as she got older.

These might be a win or they might just as well be the ones you should only see clothes on. You never know with large breasts. Rarely they are worth a million bucks but she just might be the lucky one.
