She's willing to drive to another county to meet him for dinner. She instigated the meet by calling the number he gave her. Apologising for being fifteen minutes later than planned, after doing all the work for them to meet in the first place, sounds like she's eating out of his hand.

I agree they haven't fucked yet, but the tone suggests all he has to do is text her and she'll be on her way. Going that far to meet him in a restaurant sounds like screening for a boyfriend. They coulda just skipped food and fucked for that time, but they didn't.
Who knows what did happen, but I'd wager it was 'R' rated.

To me, the act of calling his number is agreeing to sex. Even if it's not right away. The other details sound, to me, like she's seeing a potential onogoing thing.

So it sounds bad to me, but I've come to realize (through this forum) that a lot of guys think it's a good thing. Although most seem to want to be included in the act, or share in the story, with her.
