POOR Holly Willoughby yesterday followed in the footsteps of Judy Finnigan - by unwittingly flashing a boob live on children's TV.

Chat show host Judy infamously let it all hang out at the National TV Awards three years ago - and that hilarious incident became one of TV's most embarrassing moments.

But now 21-year-old Holly has suffered the same fate.

Holly is the young presenter of Ministry Of Mayhem, the Saturday morning ITV1 children's show.

And when boyband stars Blue suggested she take a twirl on the studio floor during the live show, the zany host couldn't resist.

Unfortunately, Holly had forgotten she was wearing a loose, skimpy top.

As she strutted her stuff with pop heart-throb Duncan James, Holly flashed far too much of her left breast. Ironically, Holly used to be a bra model, filming a steamy TV ad for Pretty Polly underwear. How she must have wished she'd donned one for work.

Holly first found fame as a presenter on BBC children's TV CBBC. She also presented some coverage of Fame Academy last summer.

She was poached by ITV1 to co-host Ministry of Mayhem, which replaced long-running show SM:tv in January.

A studio insider said: "It was one of those cringe-worthy moments ... made even worse because it was on a Saturday morning children's show.

"Worse still, Holly knows it will become one of those What Happened Next? moments on shows for years."

How right she is.

This has gotta be one of the best ENFs I have seen in a long time. Nearly a minute after the incident took place you can tell she is still embarrassed by it, she seems to have a hard time looking into the camera.
