I have a 17mb file of a medical pelvic exam.

Can someone reccomend something for me to split it with?

I'm unsure that even though it looks public domain to me.

Note that it is IMPORTANT that you say "just let me put the gloves on" so she knows you're not some kind of perv.
Also, be sure to say "would you mind pulling..." rather than ""Show me the hole".
