If I keep doing caps then you'll never learn how to cap, even on an old pc. Anyway here is one from each.

...but the "no caps, old PC" excuse is heard a bit too often lately and used by various posters as well.

Capping a vid is not that hard. I had some difficulties in the begnning as well, but found some nice software assisting me quite well. Drop me a PM, henway, and I'll send you the respective file (since I am not so sure if posting an .exe-file on here would be welcomed by the mods...even if the software is absolutely legal and clean).

Please be advised that this last remark is not directed directly at you, henway: I suppose telling us a PC is too old for capping is a rather lame translation for "I know someone will jump in and help out, so why should I bother or waste my time?".

I am running a machine that has seen better days and is using hardware components that I could possibly sell to some museum in a year or two...but I can still cap. ;)

You don't really need any separate programs if you have Windows. Just play the video, freeze it where you want to cap, and hit print screen. That will save it to the clipboard as a jpeg. The open any graphics program such as paint or photo editer and paste. Then save it. I usually crop also.

Not the responses one looks for on their 100th post. Sorry you got so blasted about doing vidcaps. Let me be one who congratulates you. Keep posting, but do your own vidcaps from now on.
