something is wrong with manage attchments

when i was uploading some pictures this came up..POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed.
whats that mean...the thread i was posting on was https://forum.oneclickchicks.com/showthread.php?t=8022.......

it's happening agian..it would not let me upload my pictures yesterday...i tried agian today no luck

I got the manage attchments to work ... i shut down my computer cleared my history cookies, ect.
then re sighned in and it worked..
i wonder if it is my fire wall?
has anyone else had this problem?
