Request for age clarification
 

Being new here, my post in the Non-Fiction section, thread "How old was the oldest woman you have been with and how old would you go?" was referred to a Moderator as I expected. No problem. But then it wasn't published. And I wondered why?
Was it because I mentioned my age at the time of the incident (I was 16 - the age of consent here in the UK)? I thought maybe you operate an 'Over 18 Only' policy, but then I noticed that a post in the same thread by pamsperfectass has him at age 17.
So I don't understand why my post was deleted. Was it for another reason, if so, what rule did I break?

All the forums here, including the story forums follow a policy where the subjects must be 18 or over. If you are aware of a story where people mention a subject is under 18, it would be best to bring it to the moderators attention by reporting the post.

Another question. What ages are allowed to be in the pictures. I think I've seen lots of kids in the background of beach voyeur type pictures. If they are fully clothed, not in any way eroticized, and not the subject of the picture is it ok if they remain in the picture?

Also, if it is a non nude are teenage subjects allowed? I'm thinking of beach bikini pictures

Any of these girls could be 17 yo. How does one determine if it is appropriate?

First question, the answer is here:
Now having said that... if younger people are in a beach scene and clothed and NO face can be seen and is not the main subject of the photo, we allow that photo to stay.

Second question, the answer is No! Refer to Rule 8.

Third question...
It's a judgement call. First we ask all submitters not to post underaged people. Then the Moderators all have been
chosen because they have an eye for detail and a wealth of experience in this field. There are times when we must make a judgement call and we will always remove a photo if we have any doubt about the age of the person.
