Looking for good free vid editing software...
 

I am mainly looking for something that lets you slow down video. I have a Win ME machine with a P3 933mhz processor and 384 MB of RAM. (I know, it sucks, lol.)

Videomach is free for non-commercial work (the version I've used is, anyway). Good program, will do what you want and plenty more.

www.virtualdub.org is about as good as it gets. Also good for professional work. :)
