I've searched OCC for three days with no sighting of this one. May be Russian, as I found most on .ru amateur sites, but this is absolutely all I could find. - Many duplications, and I've retained the best resolutions I've found. These date back to about 2010, and the lass will be older now, but what a beauty she will be as she matures!

Which makes sense given that WSU's mascot is the cougars.

Well I'll be! - definitely having a senior's moment - gotta admit I dismissed the name on the Tee as irrelevant - a joke shirt or some such.Just goes to show that you should investigate ALL clues!. Anyway, thanks to those who have provided info., looks like that's about all the shots there are, pity, 'cos I reckon she'd be a stunna now.
