What type of Uploader do i use to post pics?? tinypic, imgur, imageshack??
 

my apologies, just some assistance please, are any of these types acceptable? does it have to be specific?

We don't use external image hosts. Click on "Manage Attachments" when you are creating a post and upload your images there.
