I'm Irish so don't have a clue but is that usual to see at a Baseball game ?

Usual at a Baseball game? Well, there are a lot of women wearing skirts at Baseball games in the summer so the opportunity is high if you are looking for it. But it is unusual to see it caught on camera on live television. That's the best part about this photo!
