does anyone has any background info on this picture where & when it was taken I would be grateful! also it was posted in a thread in here which one was it an by who? thanks this is quite important!!

Have a look through the album. Tell us if you know one of them or have nudes of her.

Yes the last post by ygpicfinder is right that's the best place to look. You can search initiations, sororities, college, and other key words.

The albums say who they are posted by and i think you can contact them but I'm not quite sure about the contact part. But you might reconie the album owners name or other photos in the album.
