Can't download .zip/.rar files

The requirements to download .zip/.rar files are 20 thanks and 2 megabytes of images. I've received 30 thanks and uploaded more than 3 megabytes of images.

How do I get my account changed so I can download .zips and .rars?

I don't know about the requirements but your stats say you've only received 15 thanks.

I think you are confusing what you are seeing...

You have been "Thanked" 16 times.

It's the "Thanked" that counts.
That's the "Thanks" that you have received.

Me too. I'm able to download zip files. But nothing happens when click on rar links. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?
