Low Resolution: Blurry, Grainy, Bleached out
 

There should be a thread like this for moving all of these kind of pictures out of peoples threads who don't want them trashing up a high quality effort

Several problems with that, first, you need to have a clear definition of hi-res and low-res to know what pictures would go there, secondly, you would then have a thread with low-res pictures of various categories, and thirdly, some topics contain fairly specific or rare materials, so many people would be interested in any picture fitting the category. An example could be the various drinking game, lost bets and other threads where hi-res pictures are hard to come by.
