Oops at a japanese show
 

oops at some Japanese show, dunno which show but sure would be nice to see more of that :)

The show in question is called Super Jockey, a late night Japanese variety show.

The one segment (as seen in the video) involves what is normally a female celebrity who has a product they want to pitch to the TV audience (like a new CD or photobook or new DVD or whatever). At one point they have to change behind a temporary screen from street clothes into a swim suit in 60 seconds. If they fail to do so, the screen drops away leaving them to cover up. If they fail to do so in the time alloted, they're given a towel to cover up with like the girl in the clip :D

They then have to jump into a tub full of really hot water. Every second they stay in the tub is a second they're allowed to pitch their product afterwards.

Unfortunately, a lot of the episodes happen without anything as exciting as seen in that clip. :(

thanx Tunabelly, I didnt know much about that show, I just think I saw another clip from same show once but never got to know all that :), guess they should give the female celebrity like 20 seconds instead to increase audience :D
just to try some new search parameters... you know if in that show are other segments worth watching? I have been trying to get some of those clips from japanese late night shows but the onliest i could find are the ones already posted here, so no luck with the wet-t hoola hop among others :(

The show has a variety of segments, a lot are which are pretty routine like pop stars performing or like celebrities playing in a quiz game or silly skits or whatever. They do have a number of 'sexier' things that happen, but they don't happen with the consistency that the 'hot bath' segment occurs (which is to say, the same thing happens every episode).

I used to have like a dozen full episodes on CD... but I lost them in a move I made a few years back.

I do have a few more clips from these variety shows... most are rather mild though. I'll see what I can dig out of my hard drive ;)

thanks, if you find some other material from variety shows that would be great :), I´ll try looking for more stuff related to that show hope to get the good parts, still dont know why this kind of material is so hard to find when there are like a lot of interesting shows in the rising sun country
