Seems to be the older and the heavier they are the less they care.

I've noticed that in my own travels as well.

I'm quite sure that they aren't flashing on purpose, but like dukkyone said, they simply don't care and don't even think of the fact that they might be showing something.

I just joined but my thoughts are yes I do think they do know what there doing It would seem to me that being an exibininst isn't just for men just that women have a different way of going about it.Were a man will sneak it one on one in a a park women do it out in the open and get a way with it why do they get away with it?Maybe people don't see it as being a threat like they do a man.Now why do celebrity do it? that a whole new story.If you look at the pic's of them getting out of cars with there legs spread a lot of themare looking right at the camara with a smile on there face same with the nip slip they know there nips are going to slip out, It's because of there big egos they will do anything to feed there egos.Thats not to put them down for having it thank (god they do) It gets there pics all over the internet more then just a pic on then standing there they love the attention good or bad just as long as people are talking and looking at them.Lets just hope they don't lose there big egos so we all can see some more great pics.
