Lamadin!!! Years ago they it started with simply wetting the nipple area of the tshirts girls were given to wear. Over time with inhibitions loosening and the advent of Spring Break, and worldly influence, it's pretty much turned into free for all. Now if girls don't get naked, they BOO them off the stage. This whole process has evolved over the last 50 years and the name has simply stuck! Hope that helps! :-)
