Please be patient. We've had problems in the past with very determined spammers, so we've had to increase our spam fighting capabilities. This is why your posts weren't accepted right away, and are now going to the Moderation Queue. Rest assured however, your posts will be approved ASAP, and definitely within 24 hours.

Will this happen to all my posts from now on, or should I expect it to go back to normal eventually?

It depends. It won't (or shouldn't) happen to all of your posts, though. I can't say any more than that.
