The actress who played the waitress is named Pat Astley. Yes, there was more nudity on the show. I have one or two more clips that I'll add to this thread, as soon as I find them.

The sketches only seem to be on the "Golden Greats" DVD set, not on the six volume "complete & Unabridged" set from A&E (go figure!) I did a search. I couldn't find "wishbone" the first part, but I did find "Another wishbone" which is the sequel quickie. These are much tamer than the Dave Allen version, but similar in theme.
