I'm sure this is probably a repost (Seeing that i get most my videos from here anyways), but i have not come across it in a while, so enjoy if you havent seen it

I apologize for the lack of caps. I have Adobe Premier but i cant find the capping option (durr). The video is of a woman jumping into a pool, but her strapless top comes undone, great ENF

Check to see if you have movie maker bundled with your system.

Also download the BS player. It is very versatile player for downloading, playing, and making caps.

With premier just find the frame you want sliding along top of timeline and use File--->export timeline---> frame

Probably should convert it to JPG
