Private messages
 

I'm having trouble posting and responding to private messages. Sent one early yesterday but doesn't seem to work since. Anything I'm doing wrong?

The sent messages are not posting in my sent box so I can't tell if they are going to the recipient.

Are you sure you have checked the box next to the text "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder."?

You can also choose to make this the default option by setting it on in your User Control Panel:
