DC- National Topless Day
 

August 21, 2011 is National Topless Day. Is anyone planning on attending any of these events. I will be in DC that weekend and think I'll stop by. This is one of the few spots that you can actually legally go topless. I've heard everyone is meeting by the capital reflecting pond.

You may want to see if the reflecting pool is open to the public. A couple of months ago it was undergoing extensive repairs and the area was blocked off with all of the construction equipment and the pool was drained.
