You should read "The sun also rises" by Hemingway (also known as "Fiesta"). It's a very traditional festivity, originally religious, held in the city of Pamplona in northern Spain. It is known worldwide for the bull's run, as Pedro said. Not a nudist festival per se, but with the summer's heat and all the sangria drinking (people traditionally wear all white, with red bandannas - the purple you see in the girls t-shirts is the wine...), its not unusual to see such a display of boobage.
It is WILD. Just imagine about half a million people crammed in the old district area of a city populated by less than 200,000. During the whole week, the partying is 24-7. The bars and pubs never close. And the party is on the streets.
