Edit: Y'see, i already had this clip. Admittedly, not in this single solid clip, but i don't know if i would've downloaded it had i known what clip it was...

Caps are even more necessary now that I am being slammed with Internet data caps charges by AT&T. And I am sure that more and more members are running into the same problem or will be.
