This is from an A&E TV series. They wanted to help a drug addict, who remains nude during the cast. Unfortunately everything is blurred.

I saw this when it aired, I wonder if theres an unedited version anywhere.

Wow, I have been trying to find this clip for awhile now! I could have sworn it was posted here at some point, but I could never seem to find it in the vast OCC archive so maybe I saw it somewhere else (lotfw's site maybe?).

Anyway, thanks for uploading it.
