The guy with the camera needs to hone his patter - he's a serious lightweight at this:rolleyes:.

Here's my tips on how to carry this off better (from experience):

1) Choose location the girl feels at ease in (her home)
2) Make sure no-one can hear or come in (you're alone)
3) Suggest she flash her bra or something after a glass of wine. A drink is a useful disinhibitor - I'm not advocating getting anyone pissed - just in a good mood.
4) Be upbeat and jolly - this is either i)a great laugh or ii)a real turn on - whichever gets results. For best results - make it both!

So what do you do?

Well you're having a good laugh - just muck about with the camera and see how she responds. This sort of thing is not a one off. You will get to do it again and each time it gets easier. Don't try to force the jackpot on your first attempt - a bra flash is a good result - it shows willing, gives you a place to start from next time. So at the slightest sign the girl is unhappy - stop. This let's her know she is not being cajoled into doing stuff against her will.

I find getting my knobometer out works a treat. You announce it as you reach into your pants "I'm getting my knobometer out":) "it's getting bigger. This is a hot scene" etc anything like that lightens the mood.

She will secretly like the fact that you are getting turned on - but be naturally shy about her first time on camera. The following lines work for me:

"what if you get run over by a bus and the only thing I can do is photoshop your head onto Kylie Monogue... etc"
"one day you'll be old and wrinkly and I won't want to film you anymore - enjoy the limelight - this is a compliment":D
"I need something for when we're apart - stop me going online for porn":rolleyes:

Another trick is to reassure and encourage: You could reassure by getting naked yourself on camera - thereby giving proof that this will never "get out." (you can always cut that bit out - or crop the frame at a later date.) Also encourage - be silly yourself - say silly intimate things - things she knows you wouldn't want to be heard saying (think "fluffy pup" etc (you can easily remove the sound.)
