Looking For the Name of a Movie
 

I remember that it was in regular rotation on the late night Playboy Channel movie lineup in the mid-1980s. The movie was filmed on location in Sri Lanka, if I remember correctly. The plot had a photographer getting an assignment to travel to Sri Lanka to do a photo shoot for either a tourist promotion or some beachwear. He took his girlfriend who was a model and also his female assistant. There was a lot of nude beach photoshoots. I remember one scene in particular where an American woman went into a local tailor shop to be fitted for a sari and stripped off without concern in front of the male tailors to be be measured. Later on the women are abducted by a local official who throws them into a dungeon on trumped up charges so that he can assault them at his leasure. I think the name had Paradise in the title, but I could be wrong. This was a typical B-movie and not of the actors were famous.

Anybody have any ideas?

There are a couple of movies with that title in about the right time period. One is a South African production. Not a lot of information available about them on the Internet and they don't seem to be on sale. Complicating things is that there was a Playboy Channel series with that name and they seem to have made a compilation video out of a couple of the episodes. Anyway, thanks for your quick response.
