Does anyone know what these are?

There are no caps or descriptions. Girl in the city doesn't say much and my systems acting really weird tonight taking 15 to 20 minutes to download anything so I don't want to take a chance on these.

If anyone has seen them if they could tell me what they are or even post a cap I would appreciate it.
