The scene is from the manga, Nejimage Factor by Shiki Kamizuki (which might be a pen name as the author/artist is listed as Fumitaka Moritsuki on an Japanese online book website)

There's only one volume of the manga atm (,the 2nd volume will be published in June);

Another manga by the same author/artist is Ikebukuro Hatsu.
It doesn't have as much ENF scenes as Nejimage Factor, but still a good amount of nudity.

Shiro Pai vol. 1.

Any one have a clue when the 8th volume of Seishokuki is coming out? It's been quite a while.

Also, Jcafe has been down two days now. Getting worried.

The image is from the manga, Disgaea 4, based on the video game of the same name.

Bad News:
There is only one volume and I can't find the whole manga online; the manga in its entirety is probably not online since the video game series has a niche audience, so there probably is not much people that have the manga, and even less to be willing to scan it. Also, the series (game/manga) doesn't have a focus on ecchi/fan service, so there isn't much scenes like the image in the volume I wouldn't recommend searching the series unless you're a fan of jrps.

I think the image is from the manga series, Suisei no Gargantia,
specifically the spin-off, Suisei no Gargantia - Mizuhana no Bellows. I could only find the cover of the manga online,

the two female characters on the cover match the one's in the image.
I can't find any more images of the manga online; it only has one volume, and not finding one-volume series seems to be the general case for not very-popular one volume mangas.
