Zero byte files
When saving .jpg's the saved file has zero bytes and thus is unreadable. This behavior is only present when downloading the .jpg. Archives (.zip) and video files are working as they should.
It should be noted that I'm working on Mac OS (latest version) and using Firefox 59.0.2 (latest version). Thanks |
I occasionally have a problem downloading from Firefox where files don't show as being actively downloading, so you think the download has finished when it hasn't but the file size is 0. Might be worth waiting for a while to see if the file finally downloads?

Maybe not zero bytes...
but certainly not all of the bytes. Only a fraction of the image is being downloaded.
So, this image: https://forum.oneclickchicks.com/pict...tureid=2146589 Saved via Safari is actually 6.5 MB on my local disk. If I save the same image via Firefox I'm only getting 43 KB of the image. Weird issue for sure. iamfirst, thanks for the insight. The JPG downloads happen instantly. So I don't think a delay in downloading is the issue. This is a strange one and the OCC team seem to have a lot going on the back end of site. I'll use Safari until this gets sorted. |
Issue rectified
Things are working as expected in the latest version of Firefox. Thanks! :)
