I got it a little while ago hoping it'd be at least somewhat similar to Chihiro. Replace wrestling with rugby. But it's only got a few ecchi shots and situations here and there and not particularly ENF. It seems to have an actual plot and characters with motivations and such. I didn't bother getting the second volume, and it doesn't appear Moiro Masahiro has any other ecchi manga approaching Chihiro. Almost makes me want to cry.

In fact before writing Chihiro he made a one shot manga in young animal zoukan island (I think) that was as ecchi as TKSC. Unlucky for us the only thing I could find was two images + cover (which I posted here in a comment some time ago).

Edit: The name is Nonoko Totsugeki.

I couldn't find a place to download the edition 1/15 of 2010, but I think it can be bought on amazon.
