Pedro's Original Brighton WNBR 2010 shots!
You guys asked for these and I have promised them for ages, so here goes!!! I will post these shots pretty much as I took them, but I will only not upload those that are so blurry, they make no sense.
As you may remember, my camera started to give a misty halo area:mad:, right in the centre of the image as the day went on, it was not evident on shots taken before and was cured by changing the SD card when I got back:rolleyes:. Alas, it has left a lot of shots a little poorer than I had hoped. :o I am uploading the whole image (about 3.5 meg each), so will only be uploading 5 at a time. Please do not request any extra shots, what I have got, will be posted, but it will take time to reach the end! There are about 500 items to post, however it is a LONG winter and these may help to keep you warm! If the 'thanks' start to dry up, I will assume that you are getting bored, so if you would like all of them, click the bottom of the screen. WARNING....Some (a very few) of these shots will not have a naked female in, but they will be included as the scene is all part of this great event, and that is what I would like this thread to represent. Feel free to comment, but unless you have your own original photos (which I would love to see here too;)), please do not add any shots to this thread, use the main WNBR 2010 thread for those. The first shots below were taken at the assembly area about 2 hours before the start of the ride and as you can see some nudity was already evident! The weather was fine, but although the sun was shining (which was better than the forecast), it was seldom warmer than 17C (about 66F). A hot scorcher of a day would have brought out even more nudity! EDIT The uploading is giving me hell...come back later for the shots |

My ISP seems to be up and running properly today (Columbus Day in Spain!) so at last here are the first shots of this new thread!
The canadian couple in the last shots were on a world cycle tour were the first to be nude and posing, this was way beyond the start time! More of them to come!!! |

Apologies for getting one up 'the wrong way', it's taken about 4 attempts to get these shots up:mad:, despite the work, I think I will have to reduce them to under 2 megs each.
Here are the young Canadian couple who were pretty much the first couple to strip fully and pose for anyone who asked them, they were on a world cycle tour. Her normal cycling clothing had caused the extreme and rather odd 'tan lines'! They remained fully naked for a good two hours (just hanging out:D), prior to the start of the ride.As you can see, the local Police were very helpful once again, they seem to get more 'into' it every year. Two female officers (cycle mounted) announced that they would strip off themselves next year, if they were not on duty. |

They are very nice. But could you tell with each submission if they're from Southampton or Brighton, as i nearly downloaded the pics to the wrong folder. And if the winter this year is as long as last years winter, we could foresee many many nice pics. :D:D And with so many nice warming pics i may be can save on the energybill. :D:D |

I think the confusion was possibly caused by Coccozella, on the first day, they posted the Southampton photos under the Brighton title! I pointed out the mistake and it was changed 24 hours later! It's easy to get mixed up, if you do not know the venue personally!

When i looked at the folder, i saw that you're probably right as your pics from the "WNBR-Southampton-2010-series" (is in real Brighton) are completly different from your "WNBR-Southampton-2010-2-series" and the pics from Dr. Charm. You see that i'm such an admirer that i check almost daily the Cocco website. So i can't wait to see more pics. ;)

Cracking on with more of these shots!
Avid collectors will notice a gap in the photo number sequence here. I was asked to take some shots of a guy who I had been chatting to as he was painted (actually I was chatting to the young lady doing the painting, it was quite erotic seeing her painting this naked young guy, who she had only just met a few minutes before!) and you will not really want to see her handiwork on him here here! These current shots were taken around the painting area, which was not easy as photography eas 'not encouraged' in this area. It is a strange fact that people feel vulnerable whilst stripping and being painted, but (in general) are more than happy to pose, once painted. Uploading these big files is still a bit problamatic, I am trying them one at a time. |

Well, I see that it seems that we are going to need quantity over 'quality' to keep you guys entertained:rolleyes:.
I have decided to reduce the photos in size to an easier size (about 1 meg each) and upload 10 photos at a time. I have also made an attempt to reduce the central misting, which was very bad on this group of shots. The group shown towards the end of this post became the largest 'fully nude' grouping (about 10 of them, both M and F went fully nude, others just topless) and were all students at the local university:D:D. Coming next are the great little Spanish group, who were busy preparing their bodypainting, they will probably be up within the next 24 hours. Normally they are happy to have shots taken, but this year they all asked for the snappers to let them finish painting first, before posing. The shots here were 'sneaky' ones, whilst waiting for them to be ready |

Today's upload features mainly groups of people getting or posing after having some bodypaint applied. Pretty much everyone will happily pose, if you take the time to ask. It is also worth listening out for somebody else to ask and catch a quick snap when the people line up as well!
We are now (with these shots) about an hour before the start of the ride, a lot of folk got (at least) partially naked and then had a picnic or even a small party, complete with music and alcohol! You have to remember that all this takes place in a busy public park that is also on the main pedestrian and cycle route into the city centre and beaches. It is (to me) quite a turn-on trying to listen to groups of girls discussing if they are going to strip off or not. At about this time I overheard one girl (of Indian or Pakistani decent) announce she would strip off to her bikini, but no more, her three girlfriends then had a little chat and decided they would take their tops off, but would wait until the ride started, so as not to be asked to 'pose for photos', by the old pervs with cameras! This 'old perv' made a mental note to look out for them later on!! More shots, very soon!!!! |

Here are today's shots, the eagle eyed will notice some missing shots numerically, this is because the shots were either out of focus or included only naked males:o. I know how some are upset by too much male nudity! Me, I think it is a price well worth paying, to see the naked girls!
We are now about 30 minutes from the start and I was very busy with other things to get many more shots at this stage. You will see several of the (eventually) fully nude girls, still wearing panties at this stage. I was reviewing the riders leaving the park photos (they will be up in a day or so) and was suprised how many girls stripped off fully, only at or after the first rest stop. I think the initial shock of being exposed in a busy street (at least topless) has worn off and they decide it will be even better to strip off fully. |

Here is pretty much the last set from the pre-ride painting party, you can see just how big this event has grown in the past 4 years. In 2006, there were 100 riders and full nudity was forbidden, now we have about 1400 riders (and about 2500 spectators) at the start, let alone those join in mid route or watch from the side of the road.
Full nudity (despite a small but futile protest from the new right wing and female mayor this year:mad:) has been allowed since 2007. The girl in white was from Poland and is (like many other Poles) working in the UK. She spent about an hour posing for snappers, so I had to ask her to pose for me! Coming next are the riders leaving the park, from a view point under the trees. I will only post shots with female nudity, so there will be some gaps. As the riders come along, it is not easy to see who is who and who is naked or not! |

Thanks for your excellent job Pedro, don't be too afraid to show somes dicks after all it's the half of humanity and all of us are not so extremist. I hope next year participate also and take pictures for us all. I also like to read yours useful comments, thanks for all:).

The upload today starts the ride leaving the assembly area, to begin almost three hours of full public nudity on a sunny Sunday afternoon in June.
From the photographic point of view, this location was not great, but I was not there (in theory) for taking snaps, but stopping innocent bystanders who were entering the park being run over by 1400 semi naked cyclists! The lighting makes the camera fault a little worse, so I have adjusted things a little, hopefully these are useable, but would not win any prizes! I think most of them have never been seen before! There are also a lot more to come. As can be seen, the majority of riders were wearing some clothing at this stage (the female riders in particular) and it is quite good fun to spot some girls (who later stripped fully), at this stage of the ride, before they overcame their shyness. |

For the weekend, the shots of the riders continue!
I have had to do a little cropping as a group of young children decided to stop and watch the ride across the road from me. Thankfully, they are not in most shots...rather like the attractive naked women!!!:( The shots missing are just fully clothed riders and male only groups, as well as some just plain out of focus, you are missing nothing of interest. I still have another two or three up-loads under the trees, so (as long as you do not mind and remember to hit the thanks button!:D;)) I will post these all at the same time. We can then move on to the rest stop, which was a much better place to take photos! |

Some of these shots I have cropped to feature the naked female rider (rather than re-size the whole image). I hope it meets with your approval, as many of these shots are not great.
When you have so many people riding past, it is almost impossible to work out who is male or female:eek:, naked or clothed! I know it sounds odd and I would have believed it myself, until it happened. |

On this post, you will see several examples of girls who were not quite ready to bare their pussies for us! There are at least five girls who will remove their panties sometime in the next 30 minutes, probably in the busy streets, before arriving at the first rest stop fully starkers....as we shall see soon!

That completes (PHEW!!!) the ride leaving the park and we have the the start of it arriving about 30 minutes later at the first rest stop. During this time, we have passed some famous landmarks like the Royal Pavillion and Palace Pier and cycled about 2 miles along the sea-side prominade, complete with thousands of spectators!
I will leave with the sort of shots that will be coming up soon!!! Notice that super red-head (from 2009) in the last shot still has not removed those panties.....yet! |

As I am away for a few days (and this sort of nudity is in short supply here at the moment:(), I thought I would post some more shots, before I go.
These are from the first rest stop, in a public park, between the main coastal road and the beach at the western end of Brighton sea front. There are public toilets (the scene of some good shots on Flikr) where the nude cyclists have to queue up to get in! The mobile discos provided some great sounds, which led to the first of three impromptu 'naked discos' taking place in the sunshine. As the ride was so big this year, the organisers only made the stop a short one of about 10-15 minutes max. This was due to us having to finish at a certain time for the police. Those at the back of the ride only had about 5 minutes rest, before the ride stewards started to try and get it moving again. Of note here are the painted couple in the last two shots. They had both ridden in the London WNBR the day before, but in Brighton the very cute girl went fully nude for the first time! She was a little shy about posing (he loved it!) and took great care not to give the snappers any 'spread-eagle' shots as she moved around on the grass! |

Time to get back to my Brighton saga!
These shots were all taken at the first rest stop and contain some great female nudity, alas, the misty lens syndrome seems worse, due to the bright lighting near the beach area. Can you beleive we are only about a third of the way through these shots! Please post something to tell me I am not wasting my time editing (size and de-misting as much as I can) these shots, it's not my most popular post and I get more response from shots I stumble across on line than these ones! Of note are the lesbian couple who spent ages snogging and posing for snappers, but the blonde has yet to reveal her very full bush to the public. As you can see, the group of university girls (girl with little leather trilby hat and girl with full bush can now be seen withanother naked girlfriend) now have gone fully naked, having removed their panties somewhere on-route to here. The shots here are mainly of the ride as it starts to form up to ride off into the main shopping area of town. |

More rest stop one shots, but we are now nearly ready to roll! There was quite a queue, so people had to stand around waiting to ride off for several minutes.
The ride was a very busy time and I decided not to try and take photos whilst cycling. Falling off is bad enough, but falling off just wearing a safety helmet in a busy town centre is not something you want to happen! At one time in the main shopping centre, we had a motorist who was fed up waiting for the ride to go through and cut across the middle of the ride to drive into a side street...or tried to!!!. His path was blocked by the lady with huge breasts (the one Irish Drunkard mentioned), who proceded to shout (very loudly!) at him, much to the embarresment of his young lady passenger! Anyway, I spent a nice few minutes talking to an american girl (just wearing a silk scarf around her head) who was really enjoying the freedom of being naked. She told me 'This would never happen in the USA', I then told her all about Fremont and she vowed to check it out when she got home. I never managed any photos of her (well, just a couple of long distance ones) and she escaped being snapped by most of the other snappers too! On to rest stop number two soon! |

For today's set, we leave the first rest stop and ride about 45 minutes through the main shopping streets until we reach another little public park, just across the road from the famous Brighton Pavilion (once the palace of the Prince Regent who later became King George IV).
This park is dominated by a large 19th century fountain, scene of some nude splashing about in 2008, but the cooler air temperature meant it was not used to cool off this year. Getting so many riders into this space proved difficult, and it was pretty much 'standing room only'. This did not stop another impromptu naked disco starting up, the sound being provided by cycle mounted 'mega-blaster' amps and speakers. A queue (naked of course) formed at the small park cafe, where some folk bought refreshments. The cafe owner was asked in advance about that amount of nude customer's, he said 'as long as they have somewhere to keep some money to pay me, I do not mind them being naked at all'! As you can see, some shots are just a general gathering of semi-nude folk standing around chatting! I was starting to be aware of not chasing the naked women and 'targeting' them like some other snappers, some of whom can be seen in the photos. I just wish all these guys posted them on Flikr!!!
In this close up environment, some guys were getting really 'in the face' of the prettier nudie girls and I overheard some complaints about too much attention. Being an easy walk from the start, a lot of non-riding snappers had made their way to here on foot, to continue snapping away. The first stop is at the furthest point from the start, so unless they rode, they could not cover both places. Some of my shots taken here therefore did not have any girls in them (hence the gaps) as I went out of my way to keep a low profile, at least as far as being a photographer was concerned! |

To finish up today, this last shot is one of my fave shots of the day!
I had laid down my bike on the grass and then had a wander about taking the shots you have looking at. When I heard the calls to move off, I got back to find this super (fully nude) young lady had parked her bike on top of mine (there was very little space). We managed to get the bikes apart and as we did, I commented on her great paint job (for some reason, I had missed her all day!) which she told me was done by a girlfriend at the painting party at the assembly area. Goodness knows how I missed her there!!!:o:o I asked if I could take a photo and she said 'of course you can!' and offered me this wonderful smiling shot. Needless to say, having such a cutie pose so nicely in front of you like this is a treat (compared to my beach photos!) indeed, and one that made my day. Next up, a huge number of shots as the ride reaches the beach area! |

These shots start the event 'Finale', hosted as in previous years at the (in?) famous Brighton Nude Beach. The beach was opened over 25 years ago, to much publicity as it is actually in the urban area of the city, albeit at the quieter end of a very busy and popular beach. Later, they bulldozed the shingle into a wall, to shield the users of the famous electric railway (seen in the shots) from seeing nude bodies!
To get to the beach, the riders have to cross the little railway via a small gate. This caused a huge bottleneck which allowed the snappers a great chance of getting some nice close up shots. This year a couple of the young male asian snappers (asian in the UK tends to mean Indian/Pakistan origin, rather than the less common far eastern types, the old 'Empire' is to blame!) who always crowd around at the start actually stripped naked themselves:eek: so as to 'blend in' more. They stood right by the gate with their motor drives on overload! I found it hard to get any good shots as it was so crowded, so decided to move up the shingle bank a little later on. It is worth having a closer look at some of the shots from this section, as I was suprised at the number of girls i had missed (mostly just topless) that appear in the 'crowd' shots. |

The queue to get to the beach continues! Trying to spot some the females is difficult, as often a naked guy will walk in front of the camera at just the wrong moment!
In the next post, my waiting pays off, as I get some nice shots of the fully nude Uni students who now have teamed up with the girls and boys from 'Climate Camp' to make a nice little group of about 12 fully nude (mostly) people. They appear to be standing around waiting for some mates who have their food for the picnic! We will also get to see others arrive like the really cute 'bottomless with a hat' girl and the brunette from Sweden who someone requested earlier on this thread! |
