DERRY, N.H. -- A former New Hampshire high school teacher has pleaded guilty to a charge she e-mailed nude photographs of herself to a 15-year-old student.

The forty-one-year-old of Hampstead entered the plea Monday to a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure. According to police, the ex-teacher sent 'four sexy shots of herself,' with her 'genitals exposed,' to her 15-year-old male student. The sophomore to which the photos had been sent told police that she texted him detailing sexual acts she wanted to perform with him.

CBS News adds the teenager told police his teacher "continuously sent him text messages" and "kissed him twice on two separate occasions" while at school.

As part of a plea agreement, she was given a suspended jail sentence on the condition that she remain on good behavior and have no contact with the child or go to the high school.

In court, she apologized for her actions and poor judgment. She told the court she's continuing counseling and hopes to lead a productive life.

She was arrested in March after the photos were found circulating around the high school. She resigned three weeks later.

No one has been able to explain why the youth messed up such a sweet situation.

Yeah, and all she got was WHAT???? Charged with a misdemeanor and given probation ... GFHC ... now let's reverse that role ... 42 yo male teacher and 15 yo female student ... same senerio ... no brainer ... the teacher gets charged with a class 1 felony, 5 -10 years in prison and has to file as a child molester. Life ruined forever ...

Reminds me of that South Park episode where Kyle's brother starts having sex with his teacher. When Kyle tells the Police, they just say, "Nice."

What's even worse in my home town not to long ago, something similar happened. Except this teacher had a previous crim record for hitting a student going 80km/hr in a school zone (40km/hr). The student and teacher were caught in school grounds going like rabbits, the teacher in mid 30's the student was 16. The teacher got let off no recorded conviction saying that she had suffered enough through the court already. You cannot tell me this is right. Its sexism pure and simple...

If you browse through the stories, the bias against male perpetrators is glaring. Many of the women recieve nothing more than losing thier job for a crime that a man would get several years in prison and a lifetime of sexual offender statis.

A lot of the stories are actually pretty hot to read too.
