Many thanks for that sweet find, Ante 2! Here are the ones of interest at lo-res from the ekstrabladet link (I saw only men in the others of the 13 total); hi-res of these, at around 1500x1000, are also available, but the size of uploading more than 1 or 2 per post would time me out (I haven't even finished downloading 'em yet): I'll leave it to faster-connected cognoscenti to post those versions. It seems they've added a water hazard to the course for a little extra challenge this year...

How do you get to the higher-resolution versions of the ekstrabladet pictures? My Danish is kind of rusty. ;)

All of the videos on this thread so far can be grabbed with DownloadHelper, and are surprisingly good quality.

Meanwhile, here are three of the best of the high-res group Ante_2 mentioned at the top of the page.

Somebody PLEASE tell me they've found larger versions of these from the tv2 link above! And while on the subject of entreaties, could a responsible party PLEASE move this thread back to E&V where it won't languish? There are pictures now, there were when it was evicted, and there was a request for more pictures in the very first post; many other threads there start with both links and pictures, and there seems little sense splitting the topic into separate threads in separate fora, so how 'bout it?

Edit: schlubby - take the filename in the url and change the "f" before ".jpg" to "a" to get the big versions...

I still can't get to ekstrabladet right now, so I can't test the "a" instead of "f" tip.

There are at least a few different ways, but the only ways I know are pretty technical. They all depend on the fact that the Flash photo albums use JPGs behind the scenes, and the browser can track these JPGs. I think the simplest way is to use Firebug, a plugin for Firefox, which you can install in the same way you install any other Firefox plugin.

Look at the screenshot. Once you've got Firebug installed and turned on, go to the Net tab, pull down the menu, and click "Enabled". While Firebug is turned on and Network Monitoring is enabled, Firebug will tell you every file your browser is downloading. Click on each picture in the album, and you'll see Firebug's list of files growing. Look through the list of files until you see a JPG file extension, then right click on it and choose "Open in New Tab". Once the JPG is open in a new tab, you can download it, just like any other image.

There are probably similar ways to grab JPGs with other browsers, but Firefox has so many great Add-Ons (especially DownloadHelper) I would strongly recommend using it anyway.

That bit at the end which says 'terminatir' or something.. I was guessing that mean 'quit' or something, but it seems that actually seems to mean 'proceed' hah.

Also, what's funny about that site, is that I went to the London WNBR one, and lo-and behold are like at least 3 of my own photos are there :D I'm credited in the image url at least :p

These sites have been around a while, and I have not generally had trouble getting at the pics. If you go to http://giganude.com the sites are listed. Nudismlife is a good one but i think the webmaster (who is an OCC member) gets his pics from here anyway! The pics at vivrenu should be accessible without membership (unless things have changed recently) - I don't know about the vids. Same for the other sites. Lots of content, but some overlap too.

EDIT: It appears that at least some of the pics now are not viewable without registering. Its a bit confusing....

First I've found at flickr; I suspect for this event that regular media coverage will prove most fruitful for us. Not only do the accredited photogs get better angles, but the flickrites seem to be laboring under the misapprehension that Roskilde is a music festival, and thus shoot many repetitive takes of scruffy men with guitars behind mikes, rather than the naked race with incidental soundtrack that we here all consider it to be. This one's from a reposter, though, it's probably from regular media, and is of decent size, so maybe...

I'm willing to see pics of male genitalia if the pic also includes one or two naked females. Nudity rarely offends me or grosses me out.

Its also "One Click Chicks-Dicks" (and I don't mean chicks with dicks in the anatomical sense, only the social sense)

It looks familiar but I'm not sure where I have seen it before.

Two observations:

1. The chick that win has a really nice butt (I love the close up of it at the end)

2. Right when the race is about to begin, I saw that one of the guys has what appears to be a Green Bay Packer hat on. Very nice! Another American in the race???

Yes, I believe that was noted earlier in the thread but thanks for pointing it out for those that may have missed it. Based on her accent in a video I saw, I believe the long-haired brunette shown in many of the photos (also the first girl you see in the video you linked) is also american (or possibly canadian). There's also a guy wearing a Green Bay Packers hat, which might mean he's american as well. It's possible there was a whole group.
