Vera Playa 2010
 

Took my first stab of the summer at getting some shots on Vera Playa in Spain. It wasn't too busy today so the pickings were slim enough - but I'm hoping to improve on these over the next few weeks. Anyway - here's a taster of what I managed to get today - it's not a patch on the stuff some of the other submitters here are posting on a regular basis - Pedro the Fisherman, I'm looking at you... - but hopefully some of you will enjoy them for what they are.

I'm hoping to imporve on this effort over the weekend.

Can offer some advice? Can you set your camera to 'Landscape' mode. that should allow the camera to not auto-focus on things like your bag, it should also stop the possible flash, not a thing to do! Weekends, more targets, but be careful, there are often more people around to see you taking shots. On the whole. weekdays are best IMHO. However, I will attempt (weather permitting) some weekend shots, this weekend.

Oh, and all that SAND! ugh, I try to keep to shingle beaches, the sand is a camera killer! Good Luck!

Muffjunkie, how far are you positioned away from the shower at Vera Playa? In the Lola Vera Playa videos, the camera guy got some good shots of women showering. I'm just wondering if you plan to get any shower pics. I have to imagine the shower would be a good place to capture some naked women. Maybe I'm wrong.

I know I speak for many when I say we can't wait to see some more pictures. :)

I was quite a ways from the shower - which was a pity because the chick with the tatoo on her side went for a pretty long shower when she was leaving and man did it look good. I picked my spot yesterday because with the beach so empty it was the only place with some nice looking girls hanging around. I'll make sure I set up near the shower on at least one of the days to see how I fare.

Just another thought, the showers are great, but in my experience, there are usually several single men already set up in the 'best seats' for this show. Single men in Spain tend to look very closely at everything ( but the women in particular), northern Europeans tend to bring i-pods or books, Spanish guys just stare. This can cramp you freedom to snap, it is a while since I was at Vera Playa, (it's 2-3 hours drive from here), so I may be over stating what it is like there. The above comments are about my locality.

Another thing worth thinking about (which you may do already) is positioning yourself so the sun lights your subjects, and avoid pointing to the sea, as this causes light problems too, with reflected light. One final thought (sorry, this was not meant to a lecture;)) try to avoid setting up next to girls without any men (unless you have a lady with you), girls are (rightly?) suspicious of single guys getting close. They will be keeping an eye on you, my method is to look inocent......and (with luck;)), they will come to you!

LOL! I laughed when I read that because that is where I would be. :D Showering nude babes are sexy and I would think the shower to be a great place to stake-out waiting for some tasty treats to come along.

I was hoping to go on another mission today but things are looking very overcast so it might have to be called off. I'm away for a few days then so my next chance might be next week. I'll be sure to update as soon as I have something worthy of posting though. Thanks for the support guys.

The weather will be 3-4 days before it settles down enough for good nude beach photos, we have rain today and then wind for another 2-3 days more. So, you are not missing anything! Looking forward to your next session:D

It is also very near the nuclear bomb the USAF lost almost 50 years ago, but it is still a nice place. Having said that, it was nicer about 10 years ago, before they built about 2,000 unwanted holiday homes there.

Can't argue with that. Our place is actually one of the first modern buildings put up in the area back in the 60s. We're surrounded by holiday homes but still have a pretty good view being up on a hill.

So, I've had two trips out to Vera Playa in the last week - one which was a bit of a shit one and one today which wasn't too bad. So first the shitty pics since someone out there might like them and it doesn't cost me anything to uplaod them...

Next up, todays pics... once I've sorted through them and picked the best.

As you can see - it was a pretty quiet day so I had to do a lot of zooming in - which unfortunately does not equal great pics with my camera. The next batch were a bit closer up though...

So got to Vera Playa today and as soon as I get off my bike I spot two groups of girls and make my way towards them. Both groups were mostly topless with one brave, naked chick each. Setting up in between would have been too obvious as I would have had to do a lot of movement to get my shots - so I went to the left of the two groups. Lucky for me, there just happened to be a lesbian couple to the left so I sat down right by them.
I'll post the pics of the furthest group first. The naked girl in this group was really hot but only got up and went to the water once while I was there. I was lucky enough to catch her though - they then got dressed and went to sit in the bar in their bikinis. The chick in the purple bikini took particular interest in my dick when I passed by on my way to the bar! :D

time to go...

Group number two were a bit closer and also got up to get in to the water a bit more. They weren't quite as hot as group one but they were a lot more playful. The naked chick in their party got up once to go back to their car or something and put on a blue thong but took it back off as soon as she was sitting down again.

The lesbian couple were real cute and went to the water a couple of times. I got a good look at the smaller one when I was standing right beside her at the bar.
They then went to sleep with the smaller of the two cuddling up to her girlfriend. By this time I'm afraid my battery had just about died and I could only get one quick snap which didn't come out too good - I'm including it though because those two lesbians were so damn cute that they just deserve the recognition.

And now for some random chicks - some were close, some far away so some of the pics aren't great but it's no harm to include them.

I'm not sure when I'll get out there again. I have a friend visiting for the next week and I don't know if I'll be able to convince her to come to Vera Playa - although I'll certainly be going to San Pedro and Los Muertos with her. Hopefully I can convince her to appear in some pics from there since I doubt I will be able to take much voyeur stuff without her noticing.

Forgot one more of the lesbian couple which shows a nice couple of pussy mounds and then one last one for which I had to switch to the iPhone as my camera battery was gone. This is the view that I had for almost an hour as they slept in one anothers arms.

Wow, those shots are really looking good! I take it when you say Los Muertos, you must mean a beach in Almeria? One of my local beaches also has that name, I'd hate to include you (and your lady friend;)) in my shots, by mistake:D:D

Yeah, it's about a half hour from here. I think they must repeat the names as they go up the coast.

Managed to get out real quick to Vera Playa today - lots of people sitting real close to me so pics were hard to take. Still, I tried my best just for you guys :D

Hipefully if work allows it I'll get back there again this week for a full day and get some good stuff.

How is the weather there? I have been putting off the beach over the past few days as wind was forecast, seemed OK here in my little village though. I used a webcam in the past, but they stopped it over the winter, so although only a km's away, it is difficult to see what the beach and sea are like.

The girl in the last pic arrived just as I was leaving so I didn't get to figure out where she was from but German would be a good guess.
The weather is great in these parts. Very hot but there was a bit of a breeze today (hence the rough sea) which kept things bearable on the beach.
The hotties are certainly out in force and if past years are anything to go by, they will be for the next month or so - so I should be able to get more shots before the summer is out.
I have another lady friend visiting soon who might be good enough to provide a shield against suspicious eyes on future excursions.
We're planning on spending a few days camping at San Pedro so I'll have some shots of young hippie chicks to put up in the next few weeks. Looks like it might be a good summer.

Made an unscheduled stop at the beach today so unfortunately I had no camera and ended up just surrounded by gorgeous young girls. In fact if anyone is familiar with the Lola Loves Playa Vera 3 video - I had a shower right beside the girl who features at the very beginning of that video. Recognised her from my time on the beach when that video was being made.
Anyway - I did happen to have my iPhone so I grabbed as many shots as I could - most came out skewed in some way or simply unusable due to how close most of the groups lay down to me meaning it was very difficult to take snaps - but don't worry about me guys, I certainly enjoyed the view. Anyway - I did get a few that aren't too bad. No where near what I would liked to have gotten but hey - they're better than nothing.
I'm almsot certain at least one of those groups will be on the beach again all day tomorrow and I will be camped out right beside them but with a proper camera this time - so stayed tuned.

Shame about not having the camera, that is 'Pedro's law of nude beach photoghraphy 3a', no camera, tons of cuties!! I'll see what I can do tomorrow too, see who gets the best shots!:D:D:D

Bad luck, I did warn you about sand (but that might not have the cause!), beaches and cameras do not mix well. I will post my shots from today in my normal thread, I was going to start one for our little competition, but that can wait till next time!!

Wasn't sand that got it - it was water. I guess one of the water tight seals must have degraded. It still operates but I just don't seem to be able to take pictures. I'm hoping that drying it out a bit more will solve the problem. If not, I'll be looking for something new - so if you can recommend something good for our particular needs I would really appreciate it. Recommendations from anyone else out there also greatly appreciated. I'm on a pretty tight budget though so can't go too mad.

Our competition is not canceled, merely on hold Pedro... :)

OK - so I got the camera going again today and headed down to Vera Playa to see what I could see. Unfortunately the girls that I was hoping to catch head headed home by the time I got there (you can blame a vicous hangover for that) - I saw one of them at the bar but she soon left.
Anyway there were still some nice looking ladies knocking around so I picked a spot and got to work.
The first blonde chick was on her own for the first hour that I was there. And it was one of the rare occassions when I felt that I was being checked out bu a chick on the beach - it rarely happens on nude beaches. When her man turned up I realsied why - he was a good 20 years older than her - I guess she wouldn't have minded some younger company...
