Is this is Lucie Jones from X-Factor on the London WNBR?
 

I have seen more than one person say that is! She is now a model, apparently. It does look very much like her to me.

She didnt seem that kind of girl to shy. I dont think it is her.

Pedro, I have never heard of her before, but maybe in this case that makes my judgement on this clearer? Anyway, based on the photographs above and the other ones I googled, I can say that I can most definitely see the resemblance. Does that mean it's her? Not necessarily, but it does mean it's possible.

Another thing I came up with was this quote from one of the London rags dated a year ago:

"Lucie Jones has joked that she will perform naked on the live shows if she makes the Final 12 on The X Factor. "If I get to the live shows, I will do them all naked!" she raved. "You know how they have themed weeks. They could have a naked week!""

So, does this mean she was/is a closet naturist? If so, that does point to the fact that it is indeed possible. I don't know how famous she is, but since you guys have heard of her I'm assuming she's at least famous enough that we would find out at some point if it's true.

Also, just to add another thought on this topic. From the start I found the "posed" shots of her, where she and her friend mug for the cameras, a bit incongruous. Usually, when riders pose for the cameras, it's in the park surrounded by other naked riders. I don't know the London area at all, but this looks like it's out on the street, away from the starting area. At any rate, I haven't seen any other posed shots here from any other riders. In addition, she seems way into the attention she's getting. Again, we've seen other riders do this, but it seems like every step she's stopping and throwing up a peace sign etc. It just sort of reminded me of a celebrity caught by the paps going into a restaurant or something, and they just milk every shot out of it they can.

Also, from the beginning I thought she looked like a model, so combined with the above I thought perhaps somehow this was set up as a publicity stunt for some product or something. There are so many attractive female riders, but she's beautiful in the classic sense, and with her perfect skin I thought maybe there was going to be some beauty product or something (think the nude ad from Elave, or the Lush soap girls on "Naked Day"). Of course, once a few days passed and we kept seeing pictures of her with no other info, I figured it was just one of those things, and she was just a regular beautiful naked girl and moved on.

Again, none of this means anything other than that if I found out it was indeed a minor UK celebrity using the event for publicity, I wouldn't be surprised.

Famous or not, would love to see more of her please!

Whilst on the subject of 'starlet' posing, what goes on here? (first 3 pics), this girl strips in front of a pro TV camera crew (note boom) as well as about 200 preditory males with cameras.

I had no idea how bad London had become:mad:, if this sort of thing ontinues, you will only have male riders going fully naked in future. There must be 50 of them, snapping one girl. maybe the ride needs a closed place to form up, like an old bus garage or similar.

Pedro this confused me. You probably already know this, but she tweeted at "Elle Ross" not "Ellie Ross."

Also, who is Ellie Ross? Is it only Brits that should know her or am I completely oblivious?

I am confused:confused::confused:, I thought Elle Ross may have been the girl at the back of the tandem. Google offered me a post about 'Ellie Ross' a model who got naked a couple of years ago at 16. I clicked the link and the photos (to me anyway) also had a distinct resemblance to our naked cyclist. That was why I said I was confused.

Since this girl is, for all intents and purposes, an amateur, let's not be flashing her personal information around here so liberally. If this was a performance she was doing, that would be another matter, but this girl shouldn't be harrassed.

Suffice it to say, and to wrap up this thread, the girl at the WNBR was not Lucie Jones

Opposite, actually. If the girl in question was actually Lucie Jones, that would be fine, because Lucie is "someone in the public eye". The WNBR girl is not "someone in the public eye", at least not in my estimation, even if she is a singer represented by a talent agency. :cool:

Also, it was mainly APS221's post that was the problem, with her full name along with instructions on how to find her Facebook and Flickr pages.

After posing so nicely for the snappers, she is certainly in the 'eye' of this member of the public, but I get your drift! I wonder if it was a bit of a publicity thing, to get her 'face' out in the media. I still am interested in the pro TV crew and the girl stripping, anybody that was there know anything?? Maybe a documemtary on what it is like to ride naked, the Southampton group had contact from a TV producer asking if they could follow a rider, but nothing came of it.

Well, these are the ones I got of this girl - but not being an X-Factor viewer, I saw no link.

These shots are all at the end of the ride. She and her companion were amongst the last of everyone to put their clothes back on. They did not mind the attention at all.

yeah, that definitely isn't the same girl, but at least this thread was good at surfacing some of her pictures that I hadn't seen yet.

Btw, I finally saw a photo with me in it, and it is one of those images with those 2 girls, I'm in the background of one of them, just before they both basically come and stand next to me. Damn my failed camera battery! I'd like to see some photos of their butts, as I only saw that with my own two eyes, and well, it was great :D
Since they both had backpacks, you couldn't really see during the ride, but just shortly after those photos were taken, they took off their backpacks and went into the sheltered carpark (followed by about 10 camera men) where they proceeded to get dressed pretty much with their backs to me :D, I got a pretty good view, even though I didn't follow them into the carpark.

Just noticed this thread as I am a fan of Lucie since X Factor.
I don't think it is the same girl ( altho the latest CSI! birthmark comparison is intriguing).
Knowing the British press, anything such as this would have been unearthed and brought up while she was competing in the show and her career since has blossomed into stage performances and a high level modelling contract. I doubt she would 'expose' herself to such a situation and jepoardise those.
The only addition I would make is I was told a bit of unconfirmed gossip around a holiday she had prior to X Factor when she was unknown, to Ibiza or similar ( can't recall exactly).My source being a lad who was a holiday Rep there, who is certain it was her there singing in a local bar and allegedly having some other 'fun' at times.
The concept of the Thread is good though and makes u wonder if there are other situations around?

Pedro, I think to a newcomer this might be confusing. There aren't any posts in this thread that explain why everyone was sure it wasn't Lucie Jones. Since all the relevant posts were deleted, it's all very vague.

For those who don't know the story, it's this: a UK member recognized her as young actress and singer, NOT Lucie Jones, and linked to her talent agency profile and social networking. This definitively established it was NOT Lucie Jones. However, after a little controversy, all the links an info were removed, since linking personal info is not allowed, for good reason. While she's a performer, she's not a celeb, and so her personal information was not considered fair game.

And no, I don't remember the links or what her name was, so don't bother asking. And I'm sure you won't get the answer on this board. Just let it go...
