I think I disagree with the full body tan, even though I sport a full body tan now, even in mid-winter. When I was in my twenties, I tanned much more aggressively. I had a dark tan, and I always wore a bikini which was average for a small bikini of the era. The small bikini of 10 or 15 years ago would be considered a big bikini today. During my period of sexual philanthropy which began when my first marriage broke up, I liked having a dark tan body with untanned WHITE skin in the shape of my bikini. When a man got me naked, I wanted him to know he was seeing something which just wasn't out in public view. I wanted him to think he was seeing something special (even though a different guy got that special view yesterday, and somebody else probably would see it tomorrow). Some guys told me that was how they felt

I'm closer to 40 now than to 35, and I'm about ready to rejoin the world of dating. I have already resolved to not repeat the mistakes of my youth in terms of the number of partners. That was stupid, and I was very lucky to have come out of those days healthy. But I'm thinking it is time to put the bikini back on, so when the time comes, the person who sees me naked will know this is a private view. I've got the same body I had at 25, with everything still in the same places and just about as firm. I don't need to hide the container.

Forget about the photos, which would you prefer, a naked new lover showing you parts of herself not often out and in view, or a lover who, when she is naked, you can't tell if she spends time outside naked, or is just naturally a little tiny bit tan?

Roxanne, I agree 100% with you. If we show all there is to see..then we eliminate the suspense of things to come. I'm looking forward to summer and am already picking out my swimwear...and you are right...I want to keep something back in reserve for the right person! (still single) :) I'm only 25 and teach aerobics and dance and stay in pretty good shape, so gravity hasn't hit me yet...but I can see the day in about 30 years when a full one-piece might be needed to hold the package together! Think of those tanlines!!! lol

I seperated from my partner about 2 years ago now. been celebate since. In my youth well up until i met Anna at 30 i was a bit of a lad. Must of my girlfriends had previous partners but i did like it when they showed bikini lines in there tan. it did make you think that what you where getting was something special. I've vowed not to repeat my mistakes of my youth to. Its a bit more scarry out there these days. I've joined a dating site which seems respectable. That is its not just about sex. haven't met anyone yet but i'm being unusually chosey.

I'm partial to prominant tan lines:

The first is that such tan lines have a curiously odd effect/counter-effect on me...
My knees go weak and my dick gets hard!

The second is far more subtle and sensual. It's been my experience that freshly-tanned female skin radiates heat that is a delight to feel !

I love prominate tan lines. To me there is just something that makes the female form more exquisite when the contrast of a dark tan agianst creamy white skin is well defined. As for Roxanne and Colleen I say to you both keep those tan lines alive and if your looking :D I am here and ready to explore your tan lines(lol.)

I hear you completely, I could not answer that question untill I see a picture of you both naked and with a bikini. I will be very honest. I will need many pitures to come to a conclusive decision. If you fuzz out the face will be will fine but I do my best work unfuzzed.

I'm a big fan of tanlines.

But I also am a big fan of no tanlines.

It's kind of like my view of women in general: with few exceptions, every woman has something beautiful about her (some moreso than others, but that's another discussion). So, if I see a great set of tanlines, I appreciate them for what they are: sexy. If I see an all-over tan, I appreciate that for what it is: sexy.

Let's face it, if you're comfortable in what you're "wearing," then that's what would make me turned on.

My wife wears wicked weasel thong bikinis and I tell you they are the sexiest and leave the sexiest tans.

That is why women pose for those photographs. They know their husband will NEVER post those them or show them to others. Hubby just wouldn't ever show photographs of his wife around. RIGHT. And the point is that most husbands actually wouldn't post such photographs of their wife. But a FEW husbands will. And a hell of a lot of unhappy ex-husbands will post such photographs.

Now when we add the boyfriends who would never post naked photographs of their girlfriend, it gets even worse. Virtually every woman has a stable of former boyfriends. Many of our relationships ended badly. There are a hell of a lot of men who wouldn't mind posting their former girlfriend's nudity all over the frigging Internet. How many photos of the women you see here first hit the net because an ex- posted them? We can never know, but I'll wager the percentage is high.
