BRING IT ON!!!

Weather is turning sour. :( As long as the rain holds off, it will still be OK, but temps are dropping and clouds are moving in for the weekend. Sunday will be worse. The thing about this that is so ironic is that Seattle has had a record 30 DAYS in a row without rain - a streak that is expected to be broken TOMORROW, one day before the summer solstice which is suppose to mark the beginning of the sunny season!

as i mentioned, the weather report now for Seattle is not stellar, but I still think it will be a good ride. I prefer the cooler temps myself, and my main concern is just how cool it will be in the AM during the bodypainting session.

Anyway, I'm posting these pics from 2008 because I did not see them in the 2008 Fremont thread, nor in my folders. Also, some are really excellent. This ought to get Fremont fans pumped for Saturday's ride!

I'm leaving for Seattle tomorrow, but as for where I will be photographing, I have no idea. I will probably play it by ear and instinct - taking into account weather, early morning action near the bodypainting area, crowd, and so forth.
A part of me likes the idea of being where the biggest crowd of photogs AREN'T. That way I'm not just taking "me too" pics.....you know - all the same girls and poses.

I don't know whats gotten into me today, but I just felt like posting some of my original pics from Fremont 2007 featuring the "blonde bunnie", perhaps my most popular girl over at Flickr. These are all the pics i have up over there of her, and some have not been posted to OCC before. This girl only appeared in 2007, and she did not get in too many shots taken by other photogs. So.....enjoy.

if anyone was hoping to reserve this thread solely for 2009 pics, my sincerest apologies. :) i suppose someone can always start another thread....

Here's a few more early arrivals. Nothing too amazing so far, but I definitely want to see more of the nude/painted rollerblade girl with the native american headress. I'm guessing we will. As you see above, she already appeared in two separate albums.

OK, here we go again -

The parade was simply awesome this year! The sun wasn't suppose to come out today, but it did, and that was only the beginning. What really made the ride special was, of course, the bikers. I'd say maybe 300-500 rode this year! And it was a great bunch all around, the best I've seen. To start off, here are a couple of my pics. I have many more.

The first pic shows just how many women you could possibly find in a random pic this year. I count eight in this one! More pics to follow...the turnout of young women was great and the only problem was that I think fewer than usual hung out around Gaswork Park, so you had to catch them earlier! No problem - I did!!

All of my portraits are coming up sideways! Help! I won't post any (and 75% of my pics are portraits this year) until I get this problem solved. Any advice? Thanks!

Regarding the sideways pics; can't you just rotate using the operating system's bundled picture viewer tool? Windows XP has this and I assumed it was pretty standard issue regardless of the operating system...

I seem to remember you having a Mac though. Hmmm. Anyone.

I took a ridiculous number of pics. :)

Already, I'm looking at whats been posted and I'm going - this REALLY WAS an awesome year for babes. I saw so many babe groups - 3, 4, 5 babes, etc and almost all of them this year were pretty hot. PLUS - you will see from me at any rate a lot of, shall we say, MINIMAL paint jobs...:)

But - the rotation issue is frusturating....

Exactly. For some reason this event seems to be the most photographed event on flickr, in terms of what we like to post here on OCC. Of course, there are thousands of NN pics to sort through just to get to the nudes. Then, most of the nudes are still throw-aways. Like you, I'll just be posting ones that strike my fancy. But I'm sure even that is going to mean a couple hundred pics...

The only thing better than a barely painted naked girl is a completely unpainted naked girl. I hope to see more of the young lady in Pic 5.

FYI I resized pics 5 & 6 slightly to fit within the 8 mb limit. That's the first time I've had to do this since OCC started allowing bigger files. Anyway, they're still pretty huge.

Wow, Klondike. Judging by what you've posted so far this might be your best work yet. You seem to have been in the right place at the right time for this one.
