EUFs in Classic Movies and TV
 

For a change of pace I thought I'd add some NN EUFs from old film and TV shows. The first batch has an old W.C. Fields skit, Jean Harlowe with Laurel and Hardy, and a scene from an old Brit flick. I'll add more from different mediums and eras in the near future.

This group is from old Western movies. The first is from a Randolph Scott movie called "The Man Behind the Gun, the next is a classic catfight scene between Una Merkel and Marlen Dietrich in "Destry Rides Again", and the final clip is Barbara Rhodes from "There was a Crooked Man" (I've heard that there is a nude version of this scene, but I have been unable to find it).

Today's post starts with Eve Mcveagh being undressed by Barbara Ahelley in an old episode of "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.", next Paulette Goddard is deskirted by Rosalind Russell in "The Women", and the last has a skirt tear scene from an unknown movie.

First up is Joan Caulfield in "The Petty Girl", next Cindy Carol takes her turn as Gidget, and last is classic commedienne Liz Frazer in "The Bulldog Breed".

A mixed bag here - first is Carla Del Paggio in an old classic called "Variety Lights" where she is EUFed on stage, second is Maliso Longo becoming unravellled in a hospital scene, and the final post is uppity store secretary Moira Lister getting undressed during a big sale.

Don't mean to step on your thread, but this clip fits the classic EUF theme, rather nicely. The film is the 1962 thriller; Experiment in Terror. There are two surprises, the first; even though it's an early sixties film, the girl undresses to less than her slip, and the second; the girl who undresses, is a 19 year old Stefanie Powers (said in my best gravely voice), "That's Mrs. Hart, she's Gorgeous!" I've yet to master the art of making screencaps, so if someone could make a few for this clip, it would be appreciated.

The second part of the scene from Experiment in Terror. If anyone has a better quality version, please feel free to post it.

I've always believed that this 1934 movie with Maureen O'Sullivan was one of the best ENF scenes of the golden age.

The infamous nude swimming scene was originally filmed in three different versions: with Jane wearing her traditional costume, with Jane topless and with Jane fully nude. US states were empowered at that time to enact individual censorship laws, and three different versions of the scene were filmed in order to allow individual states to select the version of the scene which best conformed to its laws. All three versions were eventually removed from the film due to protests from conservative religious groups, particularly the powerful Catholic Legion of Decency. The nude version of the scene was discovered in the vaults of Turner Entertainment during the late 1990s following its purchase of the MGM film library, and was restored to most subsequent versions of the film on the direct orders of Turner Entertainment chairman Ted Turner. In the restored version of the scene, Tarzan is depicted wearing his traditional loincloth while Jane appears fully nude, her costume having been torn off when Tarzan playfully tosses her from a tree to the water below. The scene as it exists today is approximately four minutes in duration.

I've always had a dislike for Ted Turner after he got WGN (Chicago) to stop showing the Bulls a decade ago in favor of TNT, but now I think I like him again.

I thought I'd revive this old thread briefly . . .

The first clip has the imcomparable Jill Ireland suffering multiple wardrobe malfunctions in "Twice Round the Daffodils". Next, a scene from the old movie "Just My Luck" where nurse Marigold Russell has the tables turned on her when she tries to undress a patient. Finally a classic funhouse scene from "On the Loose".

Elke Sommer is a spy being pursued for a stolen microfilm. Enemy agents catch up to her in a nightclub, and while searching her clothing for the microfilm, strip her completely naked on stage. The patrons think it's all part of the show. Fantastic vintage clip from the film; Daniella By Night. This one's actually an ENF (she IS briefly in her underwear though), but I think it fits best in this thread. Credit to the original uploader.

A couple from the old "Bewitched" TV show. Both clips have the same actress, Virginia Martin, running afoul of Samantha (a bad idea!). I also included a strange clip from the old documentary series "Connections" that shows a public bath scene at a Medieval fair (not bad for US Public TV).

A mix of stuff: First is Zorah Lampert caught underdressed in the old "Man from U.N.C.L.E." TV show. Next is a low-qual scene of a dis-dressed nurse in the old movie "Everybody Loves It". Finally, a bath scene with Gilly Grant from "Carry on Matron" (actually an ENF - I hope there are no complaints).

From 1980s comedy show Three of a kind. This is not typical of the show's content, but a fun diversion into EUF. Enjoy.

Does anyone remember a show called Assaulted Nuts? It was on Cinemax in the eighties. I remember seeing in the opening credits a blonde woman with short hair getting her dress ripped off by a man in a similar fashion as the one with Tracy Ullman that was just posted. I was never able to catch the episode. Or am I just confusing the two scenes. Does anybody remeber this.

I remember it - I think it was on the USA network as part of the "Night Flight" program. I have seen a few clips from the show on YouTube, mostly featuring the British comedian Tim Brooke-Taylor. I've tried to find the sketch it was taken from but never had any luck. I think I still have the clip from the credits on a tape somewhere, I'll try to copy it to digital if I find it while the oxide is still sticking to the tape.

39 Steps - 1935
 

This is a little clip from the Hitchcock movie, 39 Steps, with Robert Donat and Madeleine Carroll.

Context: Donat is running from both the bad guys and the cops. Circumstances result in the main characters being handcuffed together against their wishes. They take refuge from a storm in a country inn for the night.

Perhaps more angry than embarrassed (AUF?). Benny Hill opens the wrong door.

What's EUF short for? Something to do with vintage?

It means Embarrassed Underwear Female.

Close, but not exactly. It means Embarrassed Underwear Clad Female. Yes, I realize there's not a C in it, but that's just because three letters sounded better than four.

Thought that I might revive this thread with a few more old-time EUFs for those interested in that niche.

Let's start with a an old Buster Keaton slapstick sketch and then look at a clip of Carroll Baker playing Jean Harlow as Harlow tries to break into the movie biz by taking bit parts.

Here are a couple of clips showing ladies in conflict - one from a classic Cyd Charisse routine and the other from a French film.

Another few oldies:
- Debby Reynolds having clothing malfunctions in "It Started With A Kiss"
- Frances Gifford embarrassed by a horse in "She Went to the Races"
- Bar brawling ladies from "Them That Trespass"
- Joan Blondell getting searched from "There's Always a Woman"
